Information and Alerts Issued by Other Regulatory Bodies

Consistent with the principal functions of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority to regulate and supervise businesses carried on in or from the Cayman Islands in accordance with the Monetary Authority Law (2008 Revision) and the regulatory laws, and to promote and enhance market confidence, consumer protection and the reputation of the Cayman Islands as a financial centre, the Monetary Authority provides links to other regulatory authorities' websites, which contain information and alerts for consumers and financial institutions.

The Securities Exchange Commission (SEC)
Provides publications and alerts on investors fraud.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)
Provides warnings for consumers and investors about fraudulent activities via Special Alerts.

The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada (OSFI)
Issues Warning Notices, which contain the names of entities recently brought to the OSFI’s attention through some form of notice, inquiry or complaint.
