Banking Services Fees
The categories of fees payable by banking services providers are set out in sections 5 through 8 of the Banks and Trust Companies (Licence Applications and Fees) Regulations (2011 Revision). These regulations should be read in conjunction with the Banks and Trust Companies (Licence Applications and Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2009, which list amended fees payable as of 1 January 2010.
