Cooperative Societies Form
Credit unions are required to submit quarterly returns to CIMA within 30 days of the end of the reporting period. Click on "Cooperative Societies Form" above to download the form, which must be completed and returned to CIMA.
In addition, credit unions are required to submit their annual audited financial statements to CIMA within three months of the end of their financial year.
Building Societies Form
Building Societies are required to submit quarterly returns to CIMA within 30 days of the end of the reporting period. Click on "Building Societies Form" above to download the form, which must be completed and returned to CIMA.
Building Societies are also required to submit their annual audited financial statements to CIMA within three months of the end of their financial year.
The Dormant Accounts Law 2010, its regulations and subsequent amendments (collectively referred to as the 'Law'), requires certain financial institutions ('account providers') to transfer monies that are in dormant accounts in their institutions to the Government after seven years of account inactivity.
