Money Services Business Fees

The Money Services Law (2003 Revision) requires money services businesses to pay the prescribed licence application and annual renewal fees. Fees payable by money services businesses are set in the Third Schedule (page 7) of the Money Services Businesses Regulations, 2001.

Annual fees are payable by 15 January each year.

Payment Instructions

Note: All fees quoted are in Cayman Islands Dollars (CI$).  The conversion rate to be used for payment in United States Dollars (US$) is 0.82 (US$1.00 = CI$0.82).

Payment may be made by wire transfers, drafts drawn on local commercial banks or International Money Orders (IMOs)/drafts. (There is a 15-day processing period for IMOs and international drafts).  Cheques drawn on US banks are accepted.
